Is the Bible written for Christians?

This Book was not written for Christians, but for every Nation and Tribe and Language and People, for all who live on the Earth.  Revelation 14:6

  • It was written in a period of over 1500 years
  • In three distinct languages Hebrew, Aramaic and Greek
  • On three separate continents Africa, Asia, and Europe.
  • The word Christian only appears twice in the Holy Bible.

Beginning at Genesis to Malachi in the Old Testament and the Four Gospels Matthew, Mark, Luke and John in the New Testament, the word Christian cannot be found.  Neither can it be found in any other book of the Bible except in the Book of Acts.

The descriptive word Christian was given by King Agrippa in the 1st Century when the Apostle Paul a Jew, who became a follower of Jesus the Christ was brought before him.

“King Agrippa, do you believe the Prophets? I know that you do.”  Agrippa replied to Paul, “In a short time you will persuade me to become a Christian.”  Acts 26: 27-28

The second time the name Christian was used by Peter, “Yet if anyone suffers as a   Christian, let him not be ashamed, but let him glorify God in this name.”  1st Peter 4:16

The Holy Bible is the word of the Most High God, there is no other.  It does not contradict itself and the numerous prophecies written for our benefit are 100% accurate.

Many of the prophecies have already been fulfilled, but there are a few that are still in our future – our immediate future.

I would encourage you to open this Holy Book, given to us by our Creator God Himself, and hear what He is saying to you personally.
